- General conditions of sale
- These conditions of sale are valid between the buyer (the 'Client') at the ARDOR web store on the address https://ardorjewerly.com/ (the ' ARDOR web store') and Craftgems OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 15551, Estonia, registration number 17004098 (the 'Seller') for the purchase of goods and services.
- In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from purchasing products from the ARDOR web store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale. These changes will be made available on the web store page https://ardorjewerly.com/.
- The Client is responsible for reviewing the ARDOR web store for any modifications to these Conditions that may affect their rights or obligations. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the web store. Any access or use by the Client of the ARDOR web store after changes to these Conditions will constitute the Client’s acceptance of the revised terms. If the Client does not agree to the amended terms, they must stop using the ARDOR web store site.
- Prices
- All prices in the ARDOR web store are in Euros and include the value-added tax established in the Republic of Estonia.
- The Product price is effective from the moment the order is placed until the due payment date. If the Seller changes the Product price after the order is placed but before the due payment date, the Client undertakes to pay the price valid when placing the order.
- The Seller has the right to change the prices of Products sold in the shop at any time.
- The Seller shall not be responsible for the tax payments and declarations (including possible customs duty and declarations) payable in the Client’s country of location.
- Products
- If any product is listed on the ARDOR web store with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, the Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel your order (regardless of whether the Client has made payment for that order). The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Seller has no obligation to sell any product online where that product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If the Client has already made payment for an order that is subsequently rejected or cancelled by the Seller, the Seller will refund the total amount paid by the Client for that order.
- The Seller has taken reasonable steps to depict products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the web store; some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger size to clearly show details or smaller than the exact size to show the entire item. Additionally, the detailing (such as pattern, colour, texture, etc.) seen on-screen will depend on each monitor and, as such, may not precisely reflect the actual details of a product when you receive it.
- Due to the nature of our jewelry production method, each product may vary slightly. Also, the Client should remember that all natural stones are unique as they are creations of nature.
- Purchase Procedure
- The Client chooses the desired Product in the ARDOR web store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add in the shopping cart”.
- For the order placement, the Client clicks the shopping cart button “Forward to payment”, then the Client is directed to the page where the order is placed. After the required data is entered, the Client pays for the Product via the payment link and confirms the order by clicking “Back to the merchandiser”.
- After paying for the Product, the Seller sends the Client a confirmation of the placed order via e-mail.
- The order is confirmed when the sum payable by the Client has been accrued on the Seller’s bank account.
- After the order is confirmed, the Client will receive the Product via the desired shipping method selected by the Client.
- Orders not paid for by the due date are cancelled.
- The Client undertakes to submit necessary and accurate data upon placing the order.
- The Seller shall not be responsible for the failure to deliver the order if the Client has submitted incorrect data or due to any consequences proceeding from it.
- Production Times and Delivery
- As all ARDOR web store products are hand-crafted, production times may vary from 3 to 14 days.
- Products from the e-shop can be ordered to addresses in worldwide with the exception of Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) Iran Myanmar Bulgaria Burkina Faso Cameroon Croatia Democratic Republic of Congo Haiti Jamaica Kenya Mali Mozambique Namibia Nigeria Philippines Senegal South Africa South Sudan Syria Tanzania Türkiye Vietnam Yemen and Russia

- The Client can choose the best delivery method when placing the order. Expenses that accompany the Product’s transport costs are covered by the Client unless provided otherwise by the Seller.

All shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the Client within 10 business days of the date the product’s production is concluded.
- The Client is obliged to check the correctness of the contact data before placing the order to avoid delays and misunderstandings with the delivery of the product.
- The Seller shall not be held responsible for the delays and misunderstandings related to the delivery of the products if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by incorrect or wrong data submitted by the Client when placing the order.
- The Client immediately informs the Seller about a product which has been damaged during the delivery or an opened package by sending a corresponding e-mail to the contact@ardorjewelry.com. Photos showing the damage caused to the Product and the packaging have to be added to the e-mail, including the notification showing the damage caused to the package/product signed by the Client and the courier.
- The Seller is not responsible for a delay in delivery if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delivery was delayed due to circumstances that the Seller could not foresee or control.
- Returns and Exchanges
- Any product that has been specially designed, customised or personalised cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless it contains a manufacturing fault. In case of a manufacturing fault please get in touch via email to contact@ardorjewelry.com for further assistance.
- After receiving an order, and where a product has not been specially designed, customised, or personalised, the Client can withdraw from the contract entered into at the ARDOR web store within 14 days without giving any reason.
- If the condition of the product to be returned has deteriorated, the Client is responsible for the decreased value of the object due to its use only if the product has been used in any other way than is needed to verify its nature, qualities, and proper functioning. To verify the object's nature, qualities, and proper functioning, the Client should treat and use the object only in the manner that would be generally allowed in a store.
- For the Seller to process the return, the Client must first notify the Seller by sending an e-mail to contact@ardorjewelry.com and request a return. The Seller is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages nor liable for any shipments. Please retain proof of postage (tracking number). All products are the Client’s responsibility until received by the Seller.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. When returning the product, one must also provide the copy of the purchase invoice and filled return form for withdrawal. The return should be packaged in a protective box for shipping. Items returned with postage stickers on the original jewellery boxes will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to your protective box and NOT the jewellery box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, the Seller will refuse the return.
- Following receipt of the returned product, the Client will receive a confirmation email about it. The Seller will review the returned product(s). If the product shows signs of wear or has been altered, resized, or damaged it cannot be accepted for return and refund will be cancelled while the product will be returned to the Client.
- If the Seller accepts the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 days from the day the goods are received at the Seller’s return address.
- Refunds are normally transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made. In connection with pre-payment via bank transfer, the refund will normally be transferred to the account from which payment for the purchase was made.
- All shipping fees related to the returned item are the Client's responsibility. This includes fees to return the item and fees related to shipping a replacement item to the client, when applicable.
- Please note that products purchased at ARDOR web store may NOT be returned by regular mail to our return address. For the Buyer’s own protection, products should be returned fully prepaid and we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking services from providers. We recommend, but cannot require that you insure your package as we are not responsible and cannot credit you product returns that are never received, or are damaged in transit.
- All returns shall be sent to the same address from which the product was originally sent to the buyer. For security reasons, do not write jewellery, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
- Liability
- The Seller and the Client shall be liable regarding the damage caused to each other if the conditions of use are violated as per the cases and within the scope established by the legal acts in the Republic of Estonia.
- The Seller shall be liable within the sales price of the Product.
- The Client undertakes to use the ARDOR web store service in conformity with the legislation and on purposes compliant with good practice.
- The Seller shall not be liable for the damage caused due to the non-purposeful use of Products, including the delay of delivery if caused by circumstances the Seller could not have influenced/or caused by circumstances beyond his/her control (e.g. force majeure).
- Personal Data
- By entering its data at the ARDOR web store and with a corresponding consent, the Client agrees with the collection and processing of its personal data (name, phone number, delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and the transfer of their personal data to the logistics partners for the delivery of goods.
- The Seller has the right to use the Client's residence or other address for advertisements and other information to the Client.
- The Client has the right to forbid the collection and use of their personal data at any time, except where this is necessary for the collection of a contractual claim or for the delivery of goods.
- Electronic personal data are used for direct mail only if the Client has given separate consent for this on the ARDOR web store.
- Encrypted communication with the payment providers during the payment of goods ensures the security of the Client's personal bank details and makes them inaccessible to the web store.
- Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the ARDOR webs tore site and for information on how the Seller collects, uses, and discloses personally identifiable information from its Clients.
- Disputes
- Negotiations shall settle disputes between the Client and the Seller. If no agreement is reached, the Client may file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or turn to the court. Consumers can file complaints themselves or through a representative. To settle problems arising in the Member States of the European Union, contact the European Consumer Centre.
- Conditions of Use
- The Client agrees to the conditions of use of the ARDOR web store when it registers or makes a purchase.
- The sales contract between the Seller and the Client takes effect when the purchase sum is accrued on the Seller’s bank account.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the conditions of use of the ARDOR web store and the prices of products without any advance notice.
- The transactions are subject to the prices and other conditions visible to the Client during the performance of the transaction.
- The Seller has the right to waive from the execution of the order if the price displayed in the e-shop is misleading due to a technical error.
- These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event these Terms and Conditions are translated into another language and there is a discrepancy between the English version and the translation, the English version shall prevail.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
- The Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to it, including non-contractual obligations, shall be governed by the Estonian law, excluding international private law.
- Each Party irrevocably agrees that all disputes related to the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
